A safer, more reliable Laraway Road for all.
The City of Joliet is advancing the Laraway Road Mobility Improvements Project into Phase I Engineering. This phase builds directly on the Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study, which identified the preferred solution to raise Laraway Road over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks between Brandon Road and IL Route 53.
